The VP of Sales at Lyra Technology Group will transition from founder-led sales, professionalize the sales function, act as a player/coach, run cross-functional growth campaigns, and partner with the CEO to formulate and execute overall business strategy.

The CEO will oversee daily operations, drive strategy and growth, manage financial performance, and build an organic growth engine. Responsibilities also include managing P&L for a multi-million dollar business and leading the acquisition diligence process. Engagement with peer executives is also part of the role, fostering a community of shared knowledge among leaders in the technology space.

The Sales Executive will source new client leads and lead sales process activities, including assessments and contract creation. This role requires collaboration with sales engineers and account managers to ensure client needs are met and to improve lead generation strategies.
