Lyra Technology Group is a family of industry leading technology service businesses. Our companies are operated independently by exceptional management teams. As a platform of Evergreen Services Group, we never divest from businesses we partner with and approach every decision with the goal of driving sustainable and healthy growth over the long term.

We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Now, we hold a controlling stake in 70+ companies and are continuing to grow. Our companies employ over 3,000 team members and sit across the Northeast, Midwest, and Eastern Canada. Each company is led by its own management team and we are incredibly proud of the work they do.

What sets us apart are two things: our buy and hold strategy, and our company’s autonomous management.

  1. Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we buy businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.
  2. We bought our companies because they already had success in the marketplace. Instead of asking them to conform to a unified platform, we allow companies to keep their team, culture and branding in place.

And it’s working…2023 was our best year yet. We exceeded our revenue goals and finished the year with an eNPS score of 88.

Your work as a C-level executive has several components:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, driving strategy and growth, setting company vision, and being accountable to the financial performance of the business.
  2. Build and optimize an organic growth engine.
  3. Manage P&L responsibilities for a multi-million dollar business.
  4. Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions.
  5. Lead executive-level hiring.

In addition, you will also have an opportunity to work closely with, learn from, and share perspectives with the group of peer executives across our businesses. Your community will include ambitious professionals navigating their first few years as a senior executive, entrepreneurs who have built a business over decades, and seasoned managers with deep industry and functional expertise.
