The Lead NICE CXOne Engineer is responsible for managing stakeholders, overseeing the implementation of contact center solutions, designing call flows, and providing subject matter expertise on NICE products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and delivering enhanced customer experience across multiple channels.

Lead and support global cross-functional teams in Agile methodology. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage product shaping, stakeholder relationships, and sprint planning. Coach teams in self-organization and remove impediments to ensure team success. Track progress metrics and drive continuous improvement in Agile practices.

As a NICE CX-One Engineer, you will implement and maintain contact center software solutions, develop scripts to automate customer service processes, customize solutions for clients, and provide technical support for scripting issues.
