Our client is a leading cloud contact center platform, providing advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Frontend-focused) to join the Integrations Team and contribute to the development and optimization of Epic and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system integrations.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-impact integrations within the Epic EHR system. Leveraging your expertise in JavaScript (React), Java, and virtual desktop environments, you will create user-friendly, efficient solutions that help healthcare providers deliver better patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain Epic EHR applications using JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Create seamless, effective user interfaces tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to gather insights and deliver customized solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in frontend development to ensure smooth application performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development workflows, code changes, and configurations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience, especially with frameworks like React.
• Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Java development, with a strong focus on building server-side solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with CRM integrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience with contact center solutions.
• Experience working with Epic EHR systems, including APIs, development tools, and best practices.
