The Sales Operations Analyst at Grab will be responsible for working with various teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, processes, and targets to enable the Sales teams to promote and deliver services to Grab's ecosystem participants.

Balance of advanced analytics and stakeholder management in leading coordination with marketing and operations teams for demand growth. Analyze issues impacting demand growth, forecast spend on promos, design efficient promo structures, and manage budget allocation. Require ability to process complex data sets, strong business sense, and startup attitude.

Support the development of Grab’s payments strategy for the Philippines by driving payment adoption, facilitating payments processing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Develop marketplace programs, analyze strategic business priorities, drive alignment on payment flows, and plan high-impact strategic topics. Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable and sustainable payment infrastructure for Grab's platform.

Support IT Governance program, develop IT risk management framework, conduct risk assessments, monitor IT risks, manage IT risk register, deliver technology risk oversight, promote IT Risk Management culture, assist with audits, perform thematic reviews, provide advice on IT Risk topics for M&A.

Looking for a QA Engineer for Food and Supermarket product testing. Responsibilities include defining test plans, test specifications, executing feature tests, maintaining automation suites, and debugging failed test cases. Qualifications include a degree in computer science or related fields, 3+ years of experience, coding experience, and knowledge of database concepts and Agile methodologies.
