As a Key Account Manager at Seven Senders, you will manage strategic key e-commerce accounts, ensuring client relationship success and SLA adherence. You will lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives, analyze KPIs, and maintain high customer satisfaction through sustainable and trust-based relationships. Manage and improve the daily logistics operations for e-commerce clients by monitoring KPIs, resolving logistical issues, and collaborating with internal departments and customers to optimize processes. Communicate performance reports in German and English.

Support daily operations with Last-Mile carriers, monitor KPIs, prepare carrier performance analyses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders in logistics and e-commerce.
