Job Description

At Seven Senders, our Partner Operations team is integral to the company's success in developing its last-mile carrier network in Europe. This team is responsible for identifying and forging strong commercial relationships with the best partners, which include a diverse array of businesses specializing in different aspects of the e-commerce value chain. 

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting daily operations with Last-Mile carriers, such as injections and timely processing of parcels.
• Regular KPI monitoring and follow-up on inbound and outbound performance disbalances.
• Preparing carrier delivery performance analyses.
• Interfacing with key internal stakeholders such as the implementation team, customer service, finance, etc.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• You are currently enrolled in a German university program. You are looking for a part-time position (16-20 hours per week) for at least 6 months.
• An educational background in logistics, business administration, or a related field, with a motivation to grow in logistics is preferred. 
• You are proficient in Excel and you love data.
• Experience in logistics-related fields is a plus but not required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German. (at least C1)
