Job Description

Our Key Account Management Team focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships. Our team is experienced in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce, with strong analytical skills. We collaborate with our customers, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through expanding their business horizons with our bespoke solutions and cutting-edge product innovations.

The essence of your role

  • Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach.
  • Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects.
  • Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting.
  • Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing.
  • Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed 

  • Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships, particularly with high-growth customers in e-commerce or similar fields
  • Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce
  • Academic degree or equivalent qualification, ideally focusing on business, logistics, or transportation
  • Strong affinity for numbers and data, with the ability to analyze complex relationships, prioritize tasks, and effectively present findings to stakeholders
  • Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above), with excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and build strong client relationships

Seven Senders takes over the organization and implementation of cross-border parcel deliveries for retailers of all kinds, optimizing shipping to France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries for companies such as ASOS or Tamaris. Whether the focus is on speed or cost, Seven Senders offers direct access to Europe’s best local carriers (La Poste Colissimo, Bartolini, Post AT, Royal Mail, etc.) and is responsible for the daily end-to-end supply chain from the warehouse to the customer.
