Seeking an experienced Director of Design to lead and scale the design team at Workera, driving design vision, influencing product strategy, and fostering innovation. Responsibilities include team leadership, design processes, setting the vision, hiring, team growth, scaling design operations, research initiatives, experimentation, design strategy assessment, design system evolution, and team development.

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for hunting, closing, and nurturing customers in the East Coast region. They will be expected to establish and grow a high-velocity pipeline, educate c-suite leaders, and provide accurate forecasting. The role requires a consultative approach and building long-term relationships with customers. The Account Executive will also attend networking events and trade shows, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and identify expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of selling enterprise software into large accounts.
