The Director of Implementations Program Operations spearheads strategic priorities to enhance the success of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Licensees. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, formulating and executing strategic plans, and overseeing national programs.

Under limited supervision ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive vice President (EVP) or Senior Vice President (SVP) office by providing full range of secretarial/administrative support to the Executive or team and in certain instances the department. Functions as department information resource for internal and external inquiries regarding divisional activities, maintaining positive interactions with internal and external contacts. Manages calendar/schedule, coordinates day-to-day activities, screens incoming calls, assists in meeting preparations, coordinates travel arrangements, facilitates communication, maintains confidentiality.
