The Analyst/Associate in DeFi Operations will support trading and investment operations at Galaxy, involving interactions with DeFi protocols and managing trade lifecycle including settlements and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves collaborating with the Chief Risk Officer to establish a risk management framework, identifying and managing market and operational risks, leveraging on-chain data, building tools for DeFi information extraction, and maintaining systems for risk metrics calculation.
As a QA Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET), you will develop and implement manual and automated testing processes, build and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze test results, and improve testing and deployment processes.
The FP&A Associate will maintain and develop financial models for various business units in Galaxy, focusing on trading and protocol services. Responsibilities include updating P&L reporting, maintaining FP&A models, using Python and SQL for model development, and providing ad-hoc analyses.
