The AVP, Portfolio Management at Kemper Life is responsible for developing and driving strategy in support of the Life Insurance business portfolio, overseeing strategic projects, and leading the implementation of governance and decision-making processes. This role requires expertise in IT project lifecycles, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Partners with Compensation Consulting group and other Rewards team members to manage key broad-based and other Total Rewards initiatives. Conducts job analysis, participates in compensation planning, prepares data submissions for salary surveys, and administers Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Maintains HRIS tables, position descriptions, and compensation-related documents. Assists in ad hoc analysis and compliance changes.
