The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through product expertise, managing outside sales personnel, developing key customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The Buyer at DXP is responsible for managing inventory levels, sourcing industrial products, resolving supplier issues, and monitoring supplier performance. Duties include order management, maintaining inventory accuracy, and responding to customer concerns. The Buyer will also participate in special projects aimed at process improvement.
