The Paralegal, Trademark will handle filing US and international trademark and copyright applications, support TTAB proceedings, manage deadlines, correspond with clients and foreign law firms, and conduct legal research in trademark and copyright law.

The Paralegal, Disputes will support litigation attorneys through trial preparation, managing documents, proofreading legal papers, conducting online research, and liaising with various stakeholders. They must have extensive experience in e-filing, project management, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, working effectively in a hybrid environment.

The Paralegal will support litigation attorneys by assisting with trial preparation and e-filing court documents. Responsibilities include organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, proofreading legal documents, managing client documents, and conducting online research. Flexibility in schedule and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for performing conflicts of interest searches, ensuring accuracy in information submitted by lawyers, analyzing conflict reports, supporting the firm's ethics programs, and maintaining confidentiality of firm business matters. This role requires excellent research and organizational skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
