The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Chief Information Officer and manage various tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, preparing presentations, and handling confidential information. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Provide on-site technical support for infrastructure items and devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborate with IT team members, and ensure positive customer experience. Requires 100% on-site presence and flexibility in workspace assignment.

Provide executive level support to the Procurement Leadership Team, manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle complex administrative tasks, and assist with special projects. Requires professionalism, superior time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently.
