The Revenue Cycle Representative-ASC at Surgical Notes will manage accounts receivable by following up and collecting on third party payor accounts. Responsibilities include working through aged accounts, reviewing denials, maintaining client communication, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely collections.

Manage operations, clients, and teams for Revenue Cycle Management services. Review and evaluate teammate productivity and quality, provide feedback and ongoing training, resolve client requests, manage client billing reconciliation, and conduct skip-level reviews. Responsible for establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining high service standards. Full-time role eligible for benefits and remote work.
