The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable Workforce Management solutions for enterprise customers using the Indeavor suite of products. They will support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, solution design, data analysis, documentation, configuration, integration, training, and testing.

The Indeavor Call Support Analyst assists customers by answering calls and entering leaves for employees. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, following customer-specific instructions, and documenting information accurately according to SLAs.
