The Senior Analyst role involves conducting real estate market analysis, reviewing housing regulations, preparing pro formas, supporting transactions, modeling fiscal impacts, and performing public policy analysis. The analyst will manage and train junior staff while ensuring high quality in reports and presentations for clients.

The Analyst will support HR&A’s Housing Affordability Practice through housing market analysis, data analysis and research, GIS mapping, regulation review, economic modeling, and community engagement. Responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations, and financial models for various projects.
