The Program Manager will partner with the Executive Director to manage community relationships, conduct research on social issues, evaluate prospective organizations, write reports, and develop an annual communications plan. This role includes overseeing program management and supporting stakeholder engagement to promote equity in local communities.

The Coordinator will support the GreenLight Fund Baltimore by researching social issues, preparing meeting materials, maintaining data management systems, supporting social media, and conducting donor research. Responsibilities also include scheduling, logistics for meetings, data entry, and assisting with grant proposals and portfolio organization support.
