Driving and supporting bring-up activities of new systems, collaborating to evolve qualification processes, supporting engineering teams, maintaining lab equipment, coordinating requirements, developing test plans, posting results, bug tracking, and updates.

Lead an effort to embed a process-driven, continuous improvement method into the business. Deploy and train continuous improvement methodologies. Direct and support site Operational Excellence resources for cost reductions and improved quality. Develop partnerships with Operations leadership. Drive change in a fast-paced environment. Ensure projects are aligned with business activities and strategy. Develop a culture of safety, Lean, quality, and continuous improvement mindset. Encourage engagement and empower the workforce. Remain current with quality-based strategies and implement quality techniques. Establish a continuous improvement roadmap. Support compliance regulations.
