Seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to engage and retain Enterprise and Global customers, ensuring maximum business value from ProductXM investment.

As a GS1 Relations Analyst at Salsify, you will be responsible for the success of our existing Customers and Prospects in their GDSN adoption or expansion in Europe. You will act as the GDSN Thought Leader for North America and establish strong relationships with GS1 organizations, Retailers, and Foodservice distributors. In addition, you will collaborate with Sales, Pre Sales, and CSMs to support GDSN-related sales opportunities and engage with existing customers to educate them on target market requirements and specific processes.
