As Director of Value Delivery, you will develop and lead a business roadmap for population health management, collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams, and drive analytics and performance management for the MarSat initiative. You will also manage teams to ensure effective engagement with high-risk individuals.

Health Guides at firsthand support individuals with serious mental illness by providing whole-person clinical assessments, overseeing transitions of care, and leading the medical component of team-based care. They collaborate with primary care and behavioral health providers to ensure continuity of care and support individuals in developing self-management skills.

The Director, Actuary will play a key role in managing the financial risks associated with value-based care constructs for individuals with serious mental illness. They will analyze healthcare claims data, develop financial projections, work with business development and customer success teams, and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
