Review, research, and investigate life insurance claims to determine their eligibility for payment, interact with customers to provide guidance and resolve issues, and maintain production and quality standards. Work remotely with occasional in-office meetings and training sessions.

The Manager is responsible for overseeing dental claims project initiatives, managing the project portfolio and budget, and leading a team of experienced individuals. They must have dental claims and systems experience, target process knowledge, an open mindset for new ideas, and the ability to respect and develop team skills. Additional skills in budget management, ROI calculations, senior leadership presentations, and handling competing priorities are beneficial. Experience with Azure is also advantageous.
