The Senior Manager will lead the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, focusing on implementing a Data Marketplace, enhancing metadata management, and promoting data literacy. Responsibilities include overseeing data governance, aligning data strategies with organizational goals, and fostering innovation within the enterprise.

Lead and oversee the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, implementing a cutting-edge Data Marketplace and driving metadata management and Data Mesh architecture. Promote data literacy, ensure robust data governance, and enhance organizational capabilities in process mining, while collaborating with IT and business units to align data strategies with organizational goals.

Support the division's Finance department with general accounting duties including fixed asset tracking, tooling transactions monitoring, month-end and year-end closing, purchasing administrative functions, and cross-training for other finance functions. Additional duties may include cash forecasting, tax assistance, lease tracking, and hourly payroll.

Responsible for designing, developing, and installing new PLC based control systems, providing production support by troubleshooting machine PLC related issues, updating documents, conducting machine testing, and collaborating with internal staff.

Develop and optimize advanced manufacturing processes from inception to certification. Test production procedures, assess processes, interpret data, and improve production rates and quality. Generate process documentation, conduct benchmarking studies, support technical offers, validate incoming enquiries, and liaise with other departments. Write reports, undertake special projects, and assist with other duties as needed.

The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth operation in the foam plant, focusing on foam chemistry, process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality management. The role includes developing robotic pour programs, maintaining critical process variables, and managing mix head functions for product quality optimization.
