About the Role
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Controller, supports the division's Finance department with general accounting duties.
Your Responsibilities

• Tracks, maintains, and reports on fixed assets and submits capital spending requests.
• Monitoring and tracking tooling transactions, auditing and collecting information needed for billing.
• Month-end and year end closing duties including journal entries, intercompany balancing, account recs, and reporting.
• Purchasing administrative and vendor set up functions.
• Cross training and backup for other finance department functions.

Other duties as assigned, such as cash forecasting, assisting with tax package, lease tracking, hourly payroll

Your preferred qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field desired.

Experience:

• Ideal for recent college graduate or 1-3 years of experience.
• SAP experience a plus.
• One Stream experience a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and problem resolution skills. Detail oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels and departments. Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
