Orchard is looking for a customer-focused, licensed, and experienced Team Lead to join their growing team in DFW. The Team Lead will partner with customers to accomplish real estate buying and selling goals, as well as coach a team of real estate agents. They will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, present Orchard's products and services to potential customers, hold coaching sessions with agents, conduct listing presentation meetings, and work with transaction coordinators, loan officers, and title representatives for a seamless closing process. This is an independent contractor role.
