The intern will conduct market research and analysis, assist in preparing investment memoranda, support the due diligence process, monitor existing investments, and collaborate with teams. The intern will assist with the analysis of real estate investments including market research, financial feasibility studies, and cashflow modeling. They will prepare investment documents and support the deal execution process while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
