JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Assist in the timely closing of accounts and preparation of consolidation schedules
• Assist to prepare financial schedules, statutory accounts and ensuring quality of accounts
• Prepare month-end journals in accordance with established processes, work procedures and local legal and statutory requirements
• Perform reconciliation of monthly audit schedules, inter-company and bank transactions
Learning Outcomes:
• Understand the closing process of accounts and how it contributes to group reporting
• Understand the preparation of reporting packages/financial statements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
• Displays positive attitude, a team player and is meticulous
• Possess good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
