As a Backend Staff Engineer at Yassir, you will drive technical standards in the Last Mile Delivery domain, provide leadership in tech roadmaps and architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the scaling up of Backend engineers. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining features, conducting design and code reviews, and improving engineering standards and processes.

Build and optimize data pipelines, perform data validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights, develop data models, manage ETL processes, troubleshoot data issues, engage in technology explorations and research.

The Sales Team Leader will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive Yassir's Financial Services Product. Responsibilities include developing a localized sales strategy, coaching the team, monitoring performance, and optimizing agent acquisition and retention.
