The System Analyst will evaluate inefficiencies in business processes and recommend optimal solutions, manage and troubleshoot servers, provide Tier 2/3 technical support, and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud services and Microsoft 365. This role requires collaboration, customer service, and documentation skills to support the expansion of Trucell's IT services in Chile.
