The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing cutover activities, developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient project execution within the Superannuation industry. They will facilitate cross-functional meetings, coordinate maintenance windows, identify risks, and enforce governance frameworks.

The Project Coordinator will assist in project management activities including resource coordination, stakeholder communication, budget preparation, and risk analysis. They will support the Project Manager in developing project plans and ensure that project objectives and standards are met through quality reviews and comprehensive documentation.
