As a Sr. Staff Application Engineer, you will innovate and design high-performance power converters for modern AI applications. Responsibilities include engaging with cross-functional teams, data analysis, creating simulation models, and refining product designs to meet customer needs. You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness while providing technical leadership in the power converter domain.

The Sr Staff Engineer will focus on Physical Verification, PDN and Power Analysis, and Physical Integration. Responsibilities include full chip and subsystem-level verification, debugging, driving methodologies, and automation, with an emphasis on tech nodes like 5nm and 7nm.

Develop software for automotive IVI, cockpit, and digital cluster applications using Renesas R-Car SoC devices. Responsibilities include defining use cases, optimizing software, conducting benchmarks, supporting customers, and collaborating with product development.

The Sr Staff Engineer will focus on physical design tasks such as floor planning, clock tree synthesis, and routing while ensuring designs meet power, performance, and area requirements. The role includes optimizing designs, resolving implementation issues, participating in design reviews, and staying abreast of VLSI design advancements.
