The Sr. TAM Asia is responsible for understanding customer needs, building relationships, assisting with technical clarifications, and supporting sales projects. This role involves customer training, analyzing customer data, managing account escalations, and ensuring effective communication between sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.

You will manage the Vehicle Testing process by developing test plans, organizing testing campaigns, and ensuring data quality. Responsibilities include bench, road, and track testing, managing suppliers and equipment, performing CAN network reverse engineering, and writing test reports.
