The Sr. Electrolyte Engineer will develop and validate electrolyte systems compatible with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, optimize performance, analyze data, and work with suppliers to ensure quality components. They will also lead efforts in understanding reaction mechanisms and resolving production issues.
