As a Staff Data Scientist focused on experimentation and causal inference, you will collaborate with engineering teams to develop methods and tools for Airbnb's experimentation platform. Your work will include building Bayesian inference models, bias correction for marketplace experiments, and optimizing ML/AI model testing. You'll also communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive best practices across the organization.
