As a Billing Systems Specialist at GFiber, you will be the primary technical support for the billing systems ecosystem, ensuring consistent and accurate billing experiences for existing and future customers. Responsibilities include daily invoicing monitoring, system maintenance, bug triage, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 4 years of billing technical support experience, and expertise in Zuora or similar solutions. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of Zuora Billing administration and deep understanding of Zuora performance optimization.
