As a Senior NPI Engineer at Integer, you will lead engineering projects, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, evaluate new technologies, and mentor junior engineers while driving key initiatives to enhance technological capabilities.

Responsible for planning and executing company forecast, production schedule, materials plan, and materials control activities. Manages demand forecasting, capacity planning, and the maintenance of the Build Kanban system. Acts as customer service liaison for Supply Chain Organization.
