The Service Technician at Indmar Marine Engines will conduct pre-delivery inspections, troubleshoot and repair engines and related systems, support daily testing, assist in product installation, maintain records including service reports, and provide technical support to dealerships while ensuring safe operation of a forklift and company vehicles.

As a CNC Programmer/Mill Operator, you will develop production Master and Plug using a gantry cartesian robot, focusing on engineering strategies for tool paths and managing safe operations. You'll ensure quality by inspecting parts, making manual adjustments, and designing support structures while following safety protocols.

Critical position in the production of quality boats, responsible for mixing Gel-Coats and putties, buffing and sanding parts, requires 2 years experience with hand tools and sanding, detail-oriented, and able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The Laminator is responsible for utilizing open mold and closed mold methods to perform the lamination process in building fiberglass parts that construct boats. They must have experience in general labor and be able to work efficiently under time pressure deadlines. Physical requirements include the ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments and lift heavy objects when necessary.

The Chopper Gun Operator is responsible for spraying layers of fiberglass and resin on hulls and decks, mixing resins to the correct ratios, operating chopper guns, and ensuring a smooth finish by inspecting applied layers. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of proper spraying techniques.
