The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for managing multiple client implementations, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients through effective communication and relationship management. They serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, provide subject matter expertise on supply chain risks, and lead client workshops while maintaining knowledge of Exiger’s products and services.

As a Data Analyst at Exiger, you will manage customer data from collection through updates, ensure data quality for supply chain insights, attend client meetings, and generate reports. You will also collaborate with other teams to enhance data in the SDX platform while troubleshooting any data issues.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the implementation lifecycle for clients, building relationships, and ensuring successful deployment of Exiger's solutions. This includes leading client interactions, providing training, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support client success.
