As a Product Engineer at Pavilion, you will help grow the government marketplace by building features that enhance government purchasing processes, create user-friendly UIs, tackle complex technical problems using LLMs and vector databases, and mentor team members.

As the first Customer Success hire, you will manage supplier onboarding and retention, define customer success processes, and enhance supplier engagement. You’ll synthesize insights to influence product development and sales strategies, playing a critical role in scaling Pavilion's marketplace.

As an Account Executive at Pavilion, you will be responsible for closing new business with suppliers and contributing to the sales strategy. You will manage the entire sales cycle, refine the sales playbook, and uncover new sales opportunities. The expected compensation range for this position is $140k OTE (+ uncapped commission).
