Seeking a Laser Engineer to manage and scale up laser systems for quantum computers, maximizing performance and robustness. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise to laser and optical projects, gathering project requirements, and collaborating with a diverse team. Requires a PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, and 5+ years of experience using and maintaining optical, opto-mechanical, and/or laser systems. Must be skilled in Python, Git, data analysis, and have familiarity with Zemax, Onshape, and Solidworks/CAD.
