As the Head of Demand Generation at Retool, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand and achieve revenue targets. Your focus will be on pipeline management through both PLG and sales-led motions, optimizing channel strategies, and collaborating with sales teams. You'll work closely with RevOps and Data teams to measure performance and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.

Retool is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and manage a fullstack team of engineers, define team strategy, meet with customers, introduce scalable processes, and partner with recruiting. The role requires 3+ years of team management experience, deep technical understanding without coding, recruiting and team scaling experience, and a focus on customer, product, and team care.

In this role, you will drive revenue by partnering with potential customers, creating demos, answering technical questions, and managing the technical aspect of the sales cycle. You'll also help build processes to exceed sales quotas and understand customer environments and business goals.
