As a Full Stack Senior Engineer, you will implement product changes, resolve software defects, and work with product management to design effective software solutions. Your role includes producing documentation, developing and testing software components, and participating in quality assurance activities. You will maintain industry knowledge and skills in software development while collaborating with a geographically diverse team.

Responsible for the overall success of the Intelligent Decisions platform capabilities, providing client perspective, product expertise, and sales support. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop platform features and enhancements. Drive backlog prioritization and ensure achievement of requirements in terms of feature, usability, and quality. Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.

Handle QA activities of FICO’s Platform capabilities, write test scenarios, develop automation tests, design and develop Performance and HA/DR tests, participate in manual QA validation activities, evaluate testing frameworks, mentor junior team members, demonstrate technical leadership.
