The Regional Brand Ambassador at Tapestry is responsible for overseeing a small regional department store network in Germany. They drive sales initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Duties include tracking store targets, building relationships with department store teams, driving customer service initiatives, implementing visual merchandising directives, and managing daily operations.

The Tapestry Brand Ambassador at Cribbs Causeway is responsible for representing Tapestry's brands within a Department Store, driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time 12-month fixed term contract role that focuses on sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and operations within the store.

Managing the footwear product development process, coordinating with teams and vendors, ensuring accuracy of specs and timelines, supporting sample material transfer, and communicating product information between factories and overseas teams. Requires 5 years of experience in the shoe industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organization and communication skills, fluency in English (Chinese preferred), attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must demonstrate ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, understand fashion shoe trends, and deliver results on time.
