As a Senior Concept Artist, you will create visual concepts and high-quality materials for a multiplayer 3D sports-arena game. You will collaborate with the Game Art Lead, deliver artistic content, and plan art assets while adapting to evolving project needs.

Lead the design and development of game systems, features, and mechanics to enhance player engagement and retention. Focus on integrating live ops and monetization strategies for long-term success. Mentor junior designers and contribute to post-launch updates, event creation, data analysis, and player-centric design decisions.

The 2D Senior Artist will produce high-quality 2D assets and textures, manage a team of artists, and participate in training workshops. This role also involves creating vector illustrations, simple animations, and maintaining 2D documentation while ensuring art quality meets game standards.
