As a Staff Software Engineer in the Teamfight Tactics team, responsible for creating new gameplay mechanics, developing tools and workflows for designers and artists, and ensuring game quality and consistency across platforms.

As a Staff Software Engineer (Tools & Engine) in the Teamfight Tactics team, you will provide technical leadership, technical designs, and hands-on implementations in an Unreal game development environment. Responsibilities include contributing to technical direction, collaborating on technical/architectural discussions, developing patterns and tooling for gameplay, and ensuring exceptional code quality. Required qualifications include 6+ years of software development experience, 4+ years of C++ experience, game development experience, and a BS in Computer Science. Desired qualifications include familiarity with the gameplay ability system in Unreal and online SaaS game development experience.

Lead a team of data scientists in developing data-powered products for player dynamics in online games, focusing on content moderation and positive player behavior. Responsible for team deliverables, technical design, collaboration with stakeholders, and team leadership and development.
