As a RCM SME / Process Specialist, you'll manage a team of 15-20, oversee RCM processes, generate metrics reports, analyze data for operational improvements, and foster client relationships. Critical skills include data analysis, team performance evaluation, and a solid understanding of RCM metrics.

Oversee daily team activities and ensure that all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards. Handle client escalations, participate in status meetings, and initiate process improvements. Manage team performance, resource planning, and financial oversight.

As a RCM QA, you will supervise a team, allocate work, manage client interactions, and generate RCM metrics reports. Your role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in RCM processes. You'll analyze performance, create operational reports, and suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, while ensuring effective communication with the management and client.
