The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. They will be responsible for providing user support for Oracle Cloud HCM, administering HR system modules, managing system integrations, conducting data audits, and identifying automation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle Cloud HCM knowledge, project management skills, and analytics expertise.

Responsible for spectrum management, frequency coordination, and regulatory issues for the UK Skynet satellite fleet. Lead negotiation process at spectrum coordination meetings, work closely with UK MOD, and oversee frequency coordination team activities. Maintain ITU filings, support UK MOD in filing strategy, and ensure SKYNET network compliance with regulations.

The Technician, Network Operations will contribute to teamwork, assist with service documentation, provide operational support, manage service issue resolutions, and collaborate with support groups to activate new services. The role requires proficiency in troubleshooting RF service issues and effective communication with diverse clients.
