Seeking a Software Quality Automation Engineer experienced in QA Test UI and API Automation with Python, Selenium, RestAssured. Responsibilities include developing test scripts, ensuring automation coverage, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. Respond to service requests and incidents for production environment, perform root cause analysis for application issues, collaborate with product teams for issue resolution, maintain quality adherence, work in rotational USA shift timings, and follow the USA holiday calendar.

Provide technical support and analysis for customer queries, application issues, and configuration. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders for issue resolution. Maintain quality and compliance with SLA and SOP. Work in rotational shifts to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications include BSc in Computer Science, 2+ years experience, and certification in MS SQL Server. Skills required in SQL querying, MS SQL Server Management Studio, and experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk and JIRA.

Lead a QA POD, coordinate QA team, develop detailed test cases, design automation frameworks, scripting, and execution, support quality assurance initiatives, promote best practices, and excel in an open work culture.
