The Tier II NOC Engineer is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting network solutions, managing customer escalations, and collaborating with internal and external teams. They work in a complex networking environment to ensure optimal network performance, provision network services, and document issues efficiently. They also support Tier 1 teams and maintain communication with customers during outages.

As a Principal Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain large scale ETL processes and Graph Data platforms, while influencing architectural choices and providing technical guidance. You will work with large data sets to derive actionable insights and collaborate with leadership in an Agile environment on AWS.

Responsible for designing and planning new software and web applications, conducting analysis of integration needs, overseeing documentation, training junior engineers, and providing technical leadership.
